Wedding Mandap Decor
Most Hindu brides get married in a Mandap and then change the decor for the reception ceremony. That is a lot of time and effort dedicated to plan the perfect Indian wedding mandap decor, which is only used for 2-3 hours. While an Indian wedding budget can soar without even blinking, one way to save costs is to re-purpose the mandap from the Indian wedding ceremony. Here are just a few creative examples from our Pinterest board that showcase mandaps being re-purposed for the reception (and they just happen to be some of our most popular pins). Some of the ideas we came across were reusing the florals from the mandap and re-purposing them on the headtable, Another ideas we came across was reusing the crystals from the mandap as a backdrop for the sweetheart table.
