If you haven’t heard by our tweets or facebook statuses, we are hosting our Indian Wedding Bridal Show this weekend!! With plenty of vendors to help you find your Indian wedding vendors in one spot! From mandaps to makeup, flowers to fashion you will find them all at Shaadi Bazaar!
Don’t miss it! This Sunday at the Marriott in Quincy from 11am to 4pm.
What Does it Cost to Attend?
The Show is FREE!
What Should I Bring to The Show?
Bring pre-printed address labels! Nearly every vendor will ask for your name or invite you to enter their drawings for special gifts and prizes. Having these labels will save you from having to write your name and address over and over again! And don’t forget your date book, checkbook, credit card/cash. Some vendors such as ExclusivelyIn will be selling clothing and jewelry. You may find one or more vendors that you would like to schedule a personalized consultation following the show.
What Should I Wear?
Leave the high heels at home and wear comfortable shoes because you will be walking a lot as you visit lavish exhibit booths showcasing the best and latest in wedding planning products and services. Like a flip book booth by Preeti Exclusive Creations.
How Much Time Should I Spend at Shaadi Bazaar?
You will want to allocate between 2 and 3 hours of your time, so that you visit with as many wedding exhibitors as possible. Remember, it could take you two months to see the same number of vendors if you go to each of their locations.
Who Should I Bring With Me to The Show?
You will probably want to invite the groom and a couple of close family or friends to the event. It always helps to have a second opinion when it comes to deciding on important wedding services and thoughts about the potential choices of wedding merchants. This year we will have Men’s wear by Ananya Designs and a Groom’s lounge for your fiance by Creative Event Services.
When Are the Give Aways/Prizes Awarded?
Shaadi Bazaar will announce the winners of our raffles on our website after the event. Make sure you check our site.
100% of the money raised will go to such as Aim for Seva and Next Generation Foundation
Some of the raffle prizes include: a free Engagement Session by Neil Photography, Gift card to Rasoi, Gift card for specialty Ice Cream by Bollywood Delights, and many more!!!
Which vendors should I speak to?
Avoid being a ‘hit-and-run’ bride! Visit every booth and collect everything even stuff you may not think you’ll need. Brides constantly change their minds when it comes to planning their wedding. Who knows? Maybe you’ll need those special lighting services after all. Don’t just collect the contact info from the participating vendors. Try to spend a few minutes at each booth to evaluate the vendor’s talent, style of working, quality of services and the products as well as their personality! Otherwise, you will need to meet all of them again and thus defeating the whole purpose of attending a bridal expo.
We look forward to seeing you at the show!!
Thanks for visiting our Indian wedding blog, see you soon!
