DIY Indian wedding favors
Saving money on your wedding is always at the forefront of a brides mind. How can we save on X so that you can spend it on Y. Some of the most obvious ways is to create items for your weddings with your family, friends and bridesmaids along with dinner and some vino.
Is there something that you are known for? Are you a baker? Crafty with a sewing machine? Great with arts and crafts projects. You can create something personal for your guests.
- Make your own homemade granola, something sweet and crunchy and obviously healthy for your guests
- Personalize it with some hometown favorites. Package goodies in a classic-style container and add an out-of-the-ordinary tag, like ones made from actual maps. Now that’s hometown flair.
- Our favorite wedding favor is a charitable donation in your guest’s names. There’s no better time than your wedding day to give back to a cause that you and your fiancé support. Notify guests that you made a donation in their names with a cute takeaway that’s tagged with a special message.
- An edible item, a great snack for later a cupcake, some dark chocolate, a cookie, some mithai.
