Congratulations, you have been personally invited to participate in Shaadi Bazaar’s 3rd Annual Spring South Asian Wedding Show and Shopping Event of the year!! Wedding vendors that participate at the Big Fake Desi Wedding have the unique ability to truly showcase their product or service just as they would at a real Desi wedding, but to potential brides, grooms and their families. This exclusive opportunity is being offered to a select group of high quality/premiere vendors in the area and all vendors must apply to be considered for the show. Please note that there is an investment fee to participate.
Brides to be and Shoppers will come to our show, visit the shopping bazaar and then be escorted into an abbreviated wedding ceremony that will display your work. After the quick ceremony, vendors and guests will be able to interact in a fun and elegant reception atmosphere.
Be a part of the elite group of wedding vendors in this new setting for brides. We will have A MAXIMUM of 25 vendors at the show which will be broken down to 1-2 per category and shopping retail will be 5 vendors in total.We have invited you to participate in the show because you conduct your business in a professional manner and we have seen and heard wonderful reviews about you from today’s modern South Asian bride. We hope that you will consider participating in the show.
We will have 2 meetings to ensure the success of this show – one in the winter and another closer to the show date. As this is a very unique event, your attendance to these meetings is necessary.

Investment Cost
As we are creating an elevated show with a limited amount of vendors that will benefit you, the cost for the show is proportional. The Registration Cost is $425 for the show and we will do our best to accommodate you and your needs as always. We request that you send us your setup needs as soon as possible so that we can start working on the floor plan and envisioning a show to remember.
There is a Discount if you sign up for the Spring & Fall show together. The Fall Show is on October 14th at the Burlington Marriott
The Passionate Plum Wedding
Our color palette for the event will be deep violets, plums with pops of tangerine and golds. We ask that you use this color palette in your display for the show.
