What colors should I use for my wedding reception?
While I’ve envisioned hundreds of mandaps and reception color palettes and decor for weddings through the years, our reception venue was not one that I had ever thought of. So I find myself in uncharted territory- I’m starting from scratch and I don’t know what I want for my wedding reception. I’m am going to include you on my journey as a bride (if you haven’t already noticed) from my wedding timeline to meetings with my vendors to helping me choose my wedding lehenga. Before I post details from my meetings with Shagun, Prasang Decorators and Alankar, I would love your help and ideas on wedding colors. The hotel ballroom has a red and gold carpet, red window treatments, cream walls with gold accents and a sky blue ceiling. As you can see, I’m kind of all over the place. I’ve even thought of having blue flowers too. I’m in need of some help. Let me know which one if any you like, or go to our pinterest page and add a comment with a new color palette.
