Our bride Simanta is sharing all the details from her unique and dazzling wedding day!  She will share tidbits and advice for you while you are planning your South Asian wedding.  Arts and Memories captured these gorgeous wedding photos from Simanta and Brian\’s Indian fusion wedding day.  We are back at the Danversport Yacht Club in Danvers, MA for the wedding reception.

Bride’s Favorite Memory: My favorite memory from the fusion wedding is being announced husband and wife and having everyone cheer as the wedding ceremony finished and it was time to make our exit to the reception. It\’s a great moment when you realize the scope of the day and how happy everyone is to be there to celebrate with you.

Vendor that blew your mind: I loved Sarah Bortner and Chrissy Silva as my makeup artists, as well as our DJ company. On a day full of nerves, it\’s so important that the people you work with remain calm and pleasant around you. These vendors were really accommodating, made me feel truly special, and went out of their way to be happy and calm. Our transportation company was also impeccably reliable.
Anything that you would change about your wedding day: I would go back and not be so nervous that morning, before the ceremony started. It\’s an unimaginably happy day that is as close to a fairy tale as it can be for a bride, and I would have gotten rid of those stressful, nervous feelings that morning and just been excited for things to start! Lucky for me, once things got underway, the nerves magically went away. 🙂
Our wedding cake flavor: Marble

First Dance Song: Tupelo Honey by Van Morrison for their first dance song.
